YANGON/ KYAIKHTIYO/ BAGO/ YANGON/ KYAING TONG/ HEHO/ INLE/ PINDAYA/ HEHO/ BAGAN/ MOUNT POPA/ THANDWE (NGAPALI)/ YANGON

Day 01 Yangon arrival
Arrive Yangon. Meet at airport and transfer to hotel. Sightseeing in Yangon : World famous Shwedagon Pagoda, Chauk-Htat-Gyi (Reclining Buddha), Sule Pagoda & Mahabandoola Park and Bogyoke Market. Overnight at Hotel.

Yangon/ Kyaikhto by car (6)hrs. On the way visit Bago market and Kyakatwaing Buddhist monastery to observe the life style of thousands of Buddhist Monks. Then continue to Kinpun camp. Take small truck (1-2) hr to YaThae-Taung. Walk up (45mins) to The Kyaik-hti-yo Pagoda and sightseeing until sunset. Overnight at hotel.

Walk down to Yathe Taung to take the truck to go back Kinpun camp.
Kyaikhto / Bago by car (4)hrs. Sightseeing Bago : Visit to ShweThaLyaung (Reclining Buddha), ShweMawDaw Pagoda. Continue to Yangon & transfer to hotel.
Overnight at hotel.

After breakfast, transfer to airport. Yangon/ Kyaing flight (11:25 – 14:00). Transfer to Hotel. Sightseeing around Kyaing Tong : Visit Shan Lacquer ware workshops and walking around at Naung Tong Lake. Overnight at hotel.

Visit to different kinds of people living in this hilly region of Kyaingtong. They all live harmoniously among them. Start with a visit to Kat-Tauk area, Pin-Tauk Village and then trekking to see Akha & Ann tribes; hill tribe people who believe in animism and Pin-Tauk waterfall. Later, visit to Yan-Law “Tai Khun” village and Wan pauk village Palaung Village (Silver Palaung). Overnight at hotel.

5 minutes walk to Kyaing Tong Market and see many minority people shopping in the morning. One and half hours drive to Tachileik direction, Pan-Kwai village and continue upwards to visit Akha’s villages at Ho-Kyin mountain where they stay together in different beliefs Back to Kyaing Tong. Overnight at hotel.

Visit unspoiled Wan Nyet old monastery (mix architecture between Thai and Myanmar) and Wan Seng village, the Tai Loi’s places near Namp-Lwei stream unreachable at one time. Back to Kyaing Tong. Overnight at hotel.

Morning free at leisure on your own. Transfer to airport. Kyaing Tong to Heho by flight.
Drive to Nyaung Shwe. Transfer to hotel. Excursion to Inle Lake by boat : Native Method of fishing, Floating Gardens, Floating Islands, Weaving Village, Phaung-Daw-Oo Pagoda and Monastery of jumping cats. Overnight at hotel.

Excursion boat trip to Indein Pagoda Complex which are situated in the Western Shore of Inle Lake, where you will find the beginning of a stair path leading to the hidden and unknown INN DEIN PAGODA complex. The Stupas are decorated with mytical birds, Devas etc. Evening take a break in the lake. Overnight at hotel.

After breakfast drive to Pindaya. Visit Pindaya Lake, Pindaya Caves and Shan Umbrella Making home Industry. Overnight at hotel.

After breakfast drive to Mandalay (6-7)hrs. Transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Morning boat trip to Mingun along the Ayeyarwaddy River. Visit to Myatheindan Pagoda, Mingun Bell ; third world's largest sounding bell, Settawya Pagoda, Mingun Pagoda and Village. Return to Mandalay in the afternoon. Evening visit Shwenandaw; the Golden Palace Monastery, Kuthodaw Pagoda; the world's largest book and sunset from Mandalay Hill. Overnight at hotel.

Excursion to Ava, an ancient capital of Mandalay. Visit around Ava by Horse-cart : MaiNu Oak Kyaung, Judson Memorial, Bagaya Monastery famous for its construction with 267 teak wood and village. Across by boat ( 10 mins ) from Ava and then by car to Sagaing through Ava Bridge. Visit Sagaing Hills; a place for Buddhist devotees and visit to Silver smith. Then continue to Amarapura: visit Silk & Cotton weaving factory and showroom, and sunset from U-Bein wooden bridge. Then drive to Mandalay. Overnight at hotel.

Transfer to jetty. Mandalay/ Bagan by boat along the Ayeyarwaddy River ( 05:30 – 16:00 )hrs.
Transfer to hotel.
( Please kindly note that the arrival time will vary according to the water level. )

Morning sightseeing in Bagan : Nyaung Oo Market, Shwezigon Pagoda, Gubyaukgyi Temple and Htilominlo Temple. Afternoon sightseeing : Ananda Temple, Lacquerware Factory, Manuha Temple, Pyattadagyi Temple to see the Panoramic view of the city.
Overnight at hotel.

After Breakfast visit the most famous sites by bicycle or horsecart.
Afternoon ( around 14:30hrs ) take a boat to Kyauk-Ku Umin . Walk along the small path through mountain to the meditation cave made of sand stone in the 12 century. Visit around to see the stone-relief, stucco of the temple and return back to Bagan at sunset. Overnight at hotel.

Bagan/ Mt. Popa ( 1½ hrs drive from Bagan ) rises 4981 feet elevation. It is said to be the centre of the Nats (spirits) worshippers and a core of an extinct volcano. Return to Bagan. Evening visit by horse cart to Minnanthu village, Payathonzu Temple and Nandamanya Temple for frescoe painting of 12th century. Overnight at hotel

Transfer to airport. Bagan/ Thandwe by flight. Transfer to hotel by hotel shuttle bus. Day free at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
