SA5 – Trekking in Pindaya , 4Days/3Nights through Shan mountains with trek guide and porters

Trekking Pindaya to Taung Myint Gyi ( B , L, D )

Day 01 - Depart Pindaya to start our trekking.

In three days we will pass by various kinds of country side: the dense forest on first day, semi dry zone for second day and the site varies with numerous cultivations on third day.

We walk up regularly over Pindaya and stop at the school if possible. Walk agreeably under the shade of bamboo to reach the village See Kya. Lunch will be served at village head house. We will take another altitude, cross over a mountain pass before reaching the village of Taung Myint Gyi. The grand Buddhist monastery is the place for the night. This night will take place at the monastery, under the eye of Lord Buddha. For the day, about 5hr walk

Day 02 - Taung Myint Gyi to Kyaung Su Kone ( B, L, D )
The route takes you into the forest, between the trails of big rocks before reaching the track of stone. From time to time you will fine ox carts and village people that are colorful to take photos. Do not fail to try a ride on one of those. We come out of the forest and cross by the field of cultivation. The view is clear and the route became agreeable. Weddings and processions can be seen and these are interesting occasions to meet each other. At the end of the day we will reach to the place near the Buddhist temple where you will take place for the night.
The sound of the preys will wake you up in the morning !
For the day, about 5h30 of walk

Day 03 - Kyaung Su Kone to Ze Ti Gone ( B. L. D )
Depart in the morning for Thit Yar Bin Village. First we will pass by an important village deserved to make a halt to see the local crafts..

The scenery has changed to new theme: in dry season, the earth color has changed, the trees isolated and the form of valleys. Lunch break at one of the village house or at a monastery. Afternoon, we arrive to the cave less known to Pindaya Caves that accommodates several statues of Buddha. The route continues without difficulty to arrive to the last village. Accommodation for the night at the monastery. It is situated on top of the valley that gives us the best view of our hiking. For the day, about 6h30 of walk

Day 04 - Zedi Gone- Heho (or) Inle (B, L )
A short walk will reach to the place where we will find our bus. We will walk along the waves of mountain under the clear sky. We reach to the place where cultivation is done. The walk become easy and could see more villages. The time has come to have lunch cooked by the porters and leave our porters. After a few minutes walk you’ll meet your bus and transfer to Nyaung Shwe for Lake Inle visit or to Heho Airport .
