Force Majeure:

Compensation payments do not apply, where performance is prevented by risk of war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical problems, with transport, closure or congestion of airport or ports, cancellations or changes of schedules by scheduled airlines and similar events beyond "SEVEN STAR TOURS" control.

"SEVEN STAR TOURS", issuing tickets(s), coupon(s), receipts(s) etc for your trip acts as "CONSULTING AGENT" in the making and securing of all arrangements for transportation, sightseeing, hotel accommodations etc. "SEVEN STAR TOURS" does not own, control or operate any services or any supplier of services.

All coupons, receipts, tickets etc are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers. By accepting your Travel Documents from "SEVEN STAR TOURS" and utilizing its services, you agree that neither "SEVEN STAR TOURS" nor any of its owners or staff shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage to you or your belongings and you accept our Terms and Conditions.


RESPONSIBILITY:

"SEVEN STAR TOURS" reserves the right to substitute hotel and means of transportation of the tour if such changes as may be necessary due to circumstances.

"SEVEN STAR TOURS" acts only as an agent for the passenger in regard to travel whether by railroad, motorcar, motor-coach, boat, plane or any other means of transport.

"SEVEN STAR TOURS" will not be liable for any personal injury, property loss or other damage to any tour member sustained on the tour or otherwise. The acceptance of the initial service to be provided under the tour shall be considered an acceptance by the tour member of these conditions.

No Cancellation Fees - If cancelled 30 days before the commencement of tour.
10 % Cancellation Fees - If cancelled within 30 - 15days
25 % Cancellation Fees - If cancelled within 14 - 10days
50 % Cancellation Fees - If cancelled within 09 days
