Day 1 Yangon arrival
Arrive to Yangon. Meet at Airport and transfer to Hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2 Yangon - Heho - Inle Lake [B]
Transfer to airport. Yangon - Heho by flight. Drive to Nyaung Shwe.
Visit around Nyang Shwe. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3 Inle Lake with Indein Pagodas [B]
After breakfast, visit to one of the local floating market if coincide with the day of your visit (one market in 5 days in this region ). Then continue excursion by long tail boat to Inle Lake including the famous leg rowers, typical floating gardens, local methods of fishing, village life and magnificent scenery, Phaung-Daw-Oo Pagoda; the principle shrine of Inle lake, Nga Phe Kyaung Monastery known as the Monastery of jumping cats and weaving village of In Paw Khon and Indein Pagoda Complex which are situated in the Western Shore of Inle Lake, where you will find Indein village and continue by a stair path leading to the hidden and unknown INN DEIN PAGODA complex: approximate 1050 stupas of 15 century. Back to Inle and overnight at hotel.
Day 4 Inle Lake - Samgar Village - Phaekhon - Loikaw [B]
Early morning, start your trip to Loikaw passing along the Inle Lake by boat. Visit Samgar village on the way. Then continue to Phaekhon village (24 mile trip by car about 2 hrs drive). Then transfer to car and continue drive to Loikaw. If the road condition is too bad for driving the car, you have to walk a few minutes to reach your stop. Overnight at hotel.
Day 5 Loikaw [B]
Whole day sightseeing Loikaw including the village of the most interesting ethnic people in Myanmar, long nacked Padaung and their traditional weaving villages, Thirimingalar Karen Museum, Taungkwe Zedi, etc. Overnight at hotel.
Day 6 Loikaw - Kalaw [B]
Morning visit to colourful Loikaw market and then drive to Kalaw. Visit Myin-ma-hti Cave on the way. Transfer to hotel and overnight at hotel.
Day 7 Kalaw - Pindaya [B]
Morning visit the hilltop village, Kalaw. Drive to Pindaya and visit Pindaya Lake, Pindaya Caves and Shan Umbrella making home industry. Overnight at hotel in Pindaya.
Day 8 Pindaya - Heho - Mandalay [B]
After breakfast, drive to Heho airport. You could visit Pindaya market or Heho market if time is available on the way to airport. Heho - Mandalay by flight. Arrive Thada-Oo airport. Transfer to Hotel and overnight at hotel in Mandalay.
Day 9 Mingun - Mandalay [B]
After early breakfast, transfer to boat jetty. Mandalay - Mingun by boat across the Ayeyarwaddy River. Visit to Myatheindan Pagoda, Mingun Bell, Mingun Pagoda and Village. Return to Mandalay.
Sightseeing Mandalay: Mahamuni Image, Wood carving, Gold leaf making and Tapestry Workshop, Shwenandaw Monastery, Kuthodaw Pagoda and sunset from Mandalay Hill. Overnight at hotel.
Day10 Amarapura - Ava and Sagaing [B]
After breakfast, excursion to Amarapura and Sagaing: visit Bagaya monastery; famous for collection of Buddha statues, MahaGandayon Buddhist Monastery, to observe the way of life at monastery, Silk weaving, Ava Bridge and Sagaing Hills; a place for Buddhist devotees and sunset from U-Bein wooden bridge. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 11 Mandalay - Bagan [B]
After early breakfast, transfer to jetty. Mandalay - Bagan by boat. Arrive Bagan in the late afternoon. Transfer to hotel. Evening free. Overnight at hotel.
Day 12 Bagan[B]
Visit the ancient capital of 'Bagan' and its architecture from 10 -13century AD. When you talk about Bagan, it is needless to say about Buddhism that flourished together with Bagan culture. Sightseeing in Bagan includes Nyaung Oo Market, Shwezigon Pagoda, Gubyaukgyi Temple, Htilominlo Temple, Archaeological Museum, Ananda Temple, Lacquerware Factory, Pyat-tadagyi Temple for panoramic view of the city. Overnight at hotel.
Day 13 Bagan - Popa - Kyaukku Boat [B]
Drive to Mt. Popa; 1hr drive from Bagan rises 4981 feet above sea level. It is said to be the centre of the Nats ( Mystical Spiritual Beings ) worshippers and a core of an extinct volcano or the “Oasis” of the dry zone. Visit tower like volcanic plug that houses a picturesque complex of monasteries and Nat shrines which can be reached by winding up 777 steps. Back to Bagan.
Afternoon ( around 14:30hrs ) take a boat to Kyauk-Ku Umin . Walk along the small path through mountain to the meditation cave made of sand stone in the 12 century. Visit around to see the stone-relief, stucco of the temple and return back to Bagan at sunset.
Overnight at hotel.
Day 14 Bagan - Yangon [B]
Transfer to airport. Bagan – Yangon by flight. Transfer to hotel.
Sightseeing Yangon including Chauk-htat-gyi Reclining Buddha, World famous Shwedagon Pagoda, Bogyoke Market, etc. Overnight at hotel.
Day 15 Yangon departure [B]
Transfer to airport for your departure.
