MANDALAY | MINGUN | MYAE SOON VILLAGE | MANDALAY
Day 1 Mandalay - Mingun - Myae Soon village [B / L / D]
Leave Mandalay Jetty at 08:30am to Mingun by boat and sightseeing around Mingun village, the huge bell of Mingun, Mya Thein Dan pagoda, unfinished Mingun Pahto, etc.
After visit, take lunch on the chartered boat while cruising to Myae Soon village passing by many villages along the river. Arrive to the village in the evening.
Walk around Myae Soon village, meet with villagers, visit the well known Mwe An Taw Pagoda, Sagyin Hill (White marble hill) and return to the monastery, which is about 300 yrs old.
Have discussion with the experienced fisherman and study the traditional way of fishing in the Ayeyarwaddy River with the help of Ayarwddy Dolphins.
Dinner and overnight at the monastery.
Day 2 Myae Soon village - Mandalay [B / L]
After breakfast, start the day by canoe boat together with fishermen looking for Ayeyarwaddy Dolphins. Observe how they call the dolphins and the signs that dolphins give to help them get fishes.
Around 11:00 am return to Mandalay by boat.
